Easy Party Food: Foster Farms Gluten Free Corn Dogs

During my pregnancy, one of the foods I found that I couldn't tolerate was pork. In any form. If I ate pork at all, I felt absolutely awful for the entire rest of the day. It only took a couple of occurrences to determine what was causing me to feel terrible, so I would try and drink as much water as possible and just do my best to sleep it off. After the first couple of times this happened, I just avoided pork completely through the rest of my pregnancy.

After having my little guy, I decided to try eating it again and see how it went. I tried bacon first and tolerated it just fine. Shortly after that, I picked up some Foster Farms Gluten Free Corn Dogs at my local Hy-Vee grocery store. Our older boys love the regular corn dogs and they are safe for my milk-allergic little one. I love that I can finally find the gluten-free version to enjoy for myself too!

Foster Farms Gluten Free Corn Dogs are a perfect meal option any time, but I especially love how handy they are for parties. They're easy to prepare and handy to eat when you're with a crowd and wanting to mingle. I love that they taste just like "regular" corn dogs - your non-gluten-free guests won't know the difference!

For the ultimate simple party preparation, I like to serve Foster Farms Gluten Free Corn Dogs along with a few safe and healthy side options that are also great finger foods. Several gluten-free and dairy-free options that go perfectly are sweet potato chips (or regular potato chips), gluten-free pretzels, lightly salted popcorn, fresh fruits and vegetables, and a yummy treat like gluten-free and dairy-free chocolate chip cookies. You can set out your sides before meal time and your guests can munch on them as they please.

I know that when we have guests over, everyone (especially little ones) are on the go so much that they don't want to sit down to eat. This way they can grab and go. Plus, if all of your food items are allergy-friendly for your guests, you'll have peace of mind that you don't have "allergy hands" touching and contaminating everything in sight!

Foster Farms has been family-owned and operated since 1939 and is the leading poultry producer on the west coast. In addition to the Gluten Free Corn Dogs, they also offer Gluten Free Breast Nuggets and Gluten Free Breast Strips. All of these gluten-free options are certified by he Gluten Intolerance Group (GIG), which guarantees that their products meet strict guidelines and practices. All ingredients are required to be gluten-free and are labeled, stored, and processed separately from all other products. Foster Farms Gluten Free products have less than 10 ppm of gluten per serving.
