White Chocolate Nog Fudge {dairy, egg, gluten + nut free}

Fudge is one of those traditional Christmas treats that just have to be made every year. Unfortunately most fudge recipes contain some if not all of our allergens. This year, I set out to make an allergy-friendly version that my little one and I could enjoy along with everyone else who would never even know the difference.

I love the variety of So Delicious Dairy Free holiday drinks that are abundant this season. The delicious Nog is a fun and sweet treat. I have used it in previous years in breakfast recipes for Christmas morning, like my Nog French Toast Bake. I decided this year to try it in a dessert recipe as well.Thanks to my friends at So Delicious Dairy Free and Premium Chocolatiers Milkless Polar Dream bars, I had the perfect mixture of allergy-friendly 'Nog and dairy-, gluten- and nut-free white chocolate to make a delicious and unique flavor of fudge. (The white chocolate bars do contain soy protein.) This recipe also couldn't be simpler!

White Chocolate Nog Fudge {dairy, egg, gluten + nut free}

2 cups sugar
1/2 cup dairy-free butter (I used Earth Balance Soy Free)
3/4 cup So Delicious Nog Coconut Milk
Pinch of salt
2 Milkless Polar Dream White Chocolate bars, chopped
1 cup egg-free marshmallow creme
1 tsp rum flavor
1/2 tsp nutmeg

Line an 8x8 glass dish with parchment or plastic wrap; set aside.

Combine sugar, butter, Nog and salt in saucepan over medium. Boil, stir constantly until temp reaches 234 degrees. Remove from heat and stir in white chocolate and nutmeg. Add marshmallow fluff and rum flavor. Stir to combine well and pour into prepared dish. Set aside to cool. Refrigerate overnight. Remove from pan and cut fudge into squares. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
