Over a year ago, I discovered a delicious treat from The Girl Who Ate Everything called "Healthy Peanut Butter Bites." (Check out the original recipe here.)
With a few adaptations to meet our dietary needs, this has become one of my favorite, quick and healthy snack items. I call them Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bites. They taste SO much like cookie dough, it is just like the best part of making chocolate chip cookies (next to the amazing way your house smells when baking...) - sneaking some of the batter!
I am a coffee lover. While I enjoy a good “fancy” cup of coffee on occasion and have a “usual” at my local coffee shop, I am all for a good cup of brew-it-yourself coffee made in my drip coffee maker at home. Even on busy mornings when I can’t relax and enjoy it, functioning properly just doesn't seem possible until I have a steaming mug in my hands and I’m breathing in that delicious aroma of my morning coffee.
